It just takes a little planning

Planning on making a change to your home or landscape?   Please do not forget that one of the advantages of living in a covenant protected community is that most exterior changes need to be approved by the Associations Architectural Committee before any work is commenced.  This protection helps insure architectural continuity within Stroh Ranch.

How do you get approved?

Simple, follow these steps and you will be on your way to an expedient decision by your  Architectural Committee:

  1. Consult your Covenants, Declaration and Guidelines regarding restrictions and guidelines for Architectural , or contact PCMS with any questions you may have.
  2. Fill out an Architectural Submittal Form.  If you do not have a form, you can download the word document on line or extras are available at the Creekside Recreation Center by asking a staff member.  Make sure the entire form is filled out completely and that you provide all requested material and site information.

  3. Send the form  to:

PCMS,  7000 S. Yosemite Street, Suite 150, Englewood, CO 80112
Phone  (303) 224-0004   Fax  (303) 224-0002

Or you can drop it off at the Recreation Center.   Your request will be forwarded to the Architectural Committee for consideration.   The committee meets once a month, currently on the 4th Tuesday.

If you have any questions or need any help with your submittal, please do not hesitate to contact Jessica Moser or Andrea Walker with PCMS.
