Modification Information

To make a request to the Modifications Committee, complete the Modifications form and submit it with all the necessary backup documents to :

The current cut off date to submit modification requests is the 3rd Friday of each month and the Committee will do their best to get a  response back within 10 business days (although the Committee does have 45 days to review a plan).

At Stonegate Village Owners Association, there are two committees dealing with architectural control.   The New Construction Committee reviews and approves original plans for homes that are constructed.  The Modifications Committee is the one in which homeowners are most involved and is responsible for any changes to the exterior of the property whether it be the land or the building after the builder has sold the home and transferred it to a homeowner.

A general rule of thumb:  imagine you are on the committee and you are reviewing the submission, do you have everything necessary in order to visualize the completed product so that you can make a judgment?  If there are no unanswered questions in your mind based on the submission, then it is likely that it will be acceptable.
